Standard Onsite Support is $80 per hour (1 Hour Minimum)
No travel costs or hidden charges!
For more value for money you can purchase a block of hours. These hours are invoiced in advance with your account credited with the total hours you purchased.
When we come out and do a job we then charge it out in smaller increments. This provides you with more support for your money.
We can offer you a 5 & 10 Hour Block which is charged in 30 minute increments instead of 1 hour increments. If you purchase a 20-30 Hour block, you are only charged in 20 minute increments.
How does this help? If we come out and do a small job that only takes 20 minutes that is all that comes off your hours that are in credit. If you have not purchased a block of hours that call out would cost the full hour @ $80.oo per hour. Plus, the more hours you purchase, the cheaper the hourly rate!
